Costantucci Country House

Greetings from Nancy and Patrizio!

It has been our pleasure to offer our house in central Rome as a B&B for the past few years. We were happy to welcome not only our friends, but also friends of friends. However, we have now sold that B&B and moved to the beautiful Roman countryside, which is a mere 30km from our previous place.

In order to expand our hospitality, we decided to search for our dream country house on the outskirts of Rome. After coming across many unsuitable properties, our search became tiresome; however, we were not deterred. In fact, we were so determined to follow our dream that we have recently brought a plot of land where we will build our very own house from scratch.

The plot of land is fantastic, and although it’s only 30km from Rome, it offers 360degrees of the most beautiful Roman countryside. As our house will be a “new build,” we have complete freedom when it comes to the style, design, and function of the property. We also have the freedom to design the surrounding landscape, which will be home to our very own olive trees, grapevines, raspberries, vegetables, herbs as well as a large swimming pool.
